For our client, we are seeking a Business Growth Marketing Managing Director (location Flexible) to join the team of a leader in the Legal & Accounting space. This role will shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Legal & Accounting environment.

Location: Chicago, IL – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $223,200 – $422,400 annually

Responsibilities Lead the enterprise Marketing & Communications strategy across core business areas

Provide strategic guidance to business leaders on market positioning and growth opportunities

Coach and develop Marketing & Communications leaders to align with business needs

Drive consistent brand messaging and positioning across all enterprise business lines

Collaborate across Marketing & Communications functions to deliver integrated strategies

Oversee go-to-market planning and cross-business growth initiatives

Establish performance measurement systems to evaluate effectiveness of strategies

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field is required

15+ years of leadership experience in B2B marketing, communications, or related fields is necessary

Proven ability to translate business priorities into integrated marketing strategies is essential

Demonstrated success in advising executive leaders and building stakeholder relationships is required

Experience managing budgets and strategic resources is a must

Strong data-driven decision-making and performance metric analysis skills are essential
