Role Summary

The SEO & Growth Marketing Specialist at Winixx owns the organic search channel — building the keyword strategy, content infrastructure, and technical SEO foundation that drives carrier, shipper, and fleet operator acquisition through search. You will work at the intersection of content, technical SEO, and growth experimentation.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute the Winixx SEO strategy across Winixx Freight, fleetOS, and corporate web properties

Conduct keyword research to identify high-value organic search opportunities across all user segments

Optimize on-page content, meta data, and site architecture for search performance

Build and manage a link acquisition strategy including outreach, digital PR, and content partnerships

Conduct technical SEO audits and work with engineering to implement fixes

Track organic search performance using Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush

Collaborate with content marketing on SEO-optimized content briefs and editorial planning

Identify and run growth experiments beyond SEO including referral programs, viral loops, and partnership-driven acquisition

What We're Looking For

3+ years of SEO and growth marketing experience with a proven track record of driving organic traffic growth

Strong technical SEO skills including site structure, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and crawl optimization

Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz

Experience with content-led SEO strategies and managing editorial calendars

Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and web analytics platforms

Growth mindset — comfortable running experiments and iterating quickly

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field

Experience in freight, logistics, or B2B marketplace SEO is a strong plus
