Role Description

This is not a job or a traditional creative director role. Rather, we are seeking a seasoned marketing professional who is ready for a career change, and eager to do meaningful work that is flexible and fully remote. The specialist will implement strategies to expand lead generation and sales. Compensation is performance based and tied directly to these results. Responsibilities include writing, marketing, communicating with team members and potential clients, gratitude and daily personal development.

Requirements

10 (+) years relevant professional experience

Coachable and ready for change

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies

Proficiency with digital tools and social media platforms

High level organizational and time-management skills

Willing to work independently for performance based pay

Experience in the personal development or education industry is a plus

Must be currently residing in the US or Canada
