About In Season Jewelry

In Season Jewelry is one of the world’s leading children’s jewelry brands, serving customers across the globe through our direct-to-consumer website, wholesale network, major retailers, and online

marketplaces.

Our mission is simple: to create the finest children’s jewelry in the world. Over the past decade, we’ve built a multimillion-dollar ecommerce business by combining exceptional product quality with operational excellence, innovation, and an unwavering focus on customer experience.

As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re investing heavily in AI, automation, international expansion, creative production, and building world-class marketing systems. We’re looking for an exceptional Growth Marketing Manager to help accelerate that growth.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional media buyer role.

We’re not looking for someone who simply launches campaigns and reports ROAS. We’re looking for a strategic, analytical, and highly hands-on Growth Marketing Manager who understands how every part of the marketing funnel works, from paid media and creative strategy to email marketing, conversion optimization, retention, and customer lifetime value.

You’ll own our performance marketing efforts across multiple channels while working directly with

leadership and collaborating with our creative, ecommerce, and customer experience teams.

This is a hands-on role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys both developing strategy and executing it daily. You’ll be expected to think like a growth leader while remaining deeply involved in campaign management, creative testing, analytics, and continuous optimization. If you’re constantly studying winning ecommerce brands, testing new creative ideas, leveraging AI, analyzing data, and finding ways to scale profitable growth, we’d love to meet you.
