Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist to provide maternity leave coverage for our Marketing Director from August 17 through November 7, 2026 .

The selected candidate will begin on August 3, 2026 , completing a two-week training and transition period alongside the Marketing Director before independently managing responsibilities throughout the 12-week coverage period.

Potential for Permanent Employment

This role has the potential to evolve into a permanent, full-time marketing position supporting our broader organization, including:

EOL Law (B2C legal services)

Attorney Assistant (B2B legal staffing and support services)

Exceptional performance during the contract period will be considered for a long-term opportunity.

This is not a junior-level coordinator role. You will have meaningful approval authority over advertising campaigns, creative assets, website content, and marketing launches. You will serve as the primary quality‑control checkpoint between our automated performance analysis systems and the execution team.

The ideal candidate is confident making data‑driven decisions, comfortable working within established SOPs, and experienced managing paid media in both B2C and B2B environments .

Key Responsibilities

Weekly Responsibilities

Review automated Monday AI-generated ad performance analyses and approve, modify, or flag optimization recommendations before implementation.

Review all incoming ad creatives against established brand guidelines and provide approval or feedback.

Review case resolution website content generated through Asana twice weekly for accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency.

Independently review and approve landing pages prior to launch, including both design and live‑page functionality.

Source newsletter topics for the monthly EOL newsletter.

Coordinate content and campaign inputs with the design and content teams.

Weekly 30-minute marketing sync with Loren.

Weekly 1‑hour Thursday marketing meeting.

Ongoing asynchronous communication and project tracking through Asana.

End‑of‑Month Responsibilities

Conduct final campaign launch reviews within Facebook Ads Manager.

Publish and pause campaigns as scheduled.

Verify audience targeting, geo‑targeting, budget allocations, and any applicable targeting parameters before campaigns go live.

Ensure all campaign settings align with approved launch requirements.

Required Qualifications

2–3+ years of hands‑off Facebook Ads Manager experience

Campaign creation and management

Audience targeting

Geo-targeting

Budget management

Performance analysis and optimization

Experience reviewing and approving marketing assets, including

Ad copy

Creative imagery

Landing pages

Website content

Experience working with B2B marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.

Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics and marketing KPIs.

Ability to confidently approve, reject, or revise creative and campaign recommendations.

Strong written communication skills with the ability to provide clear feedback to execution teams.

Highly organized, dependable, and deadline-driven.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in legal, healthcare, staffing, professional services, or other regulated industries.

Familiarity with Asana or comparable project management platforms.

Experience working with AI‑assisted marketing workflows and automated reporting systems.

Basic knowledge of Pennsylvania attorney advertising guidelines and legal marketing compliance.

Experience supporting both B2C and B2B marketing initiatives, particularly lead generation and service‑based businesses.

Ideal Candidate

You have real‑world experience managing paid media campaigns and making informed optimization decisions based on performance data. You are comfortable reviewing creative assets for quality, brand alignment, and compliance, and you communicate feedback clearly and professionally.

You thrive in structured environments with defined processes and SOPs, take ownership of your approvals, and consistently catch issues before they go live.

You do not need personal injury law experience. What matters is your expertise in paid media, attention to detail, understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing, and ability to maintain a high standard of quality throughout the campaign lifecycle.
