Search Engine Optimizer/Marketer (SEO/SEM) job at Robert Half. San Diego, CA.

We are looking for a talented Search Engine Optimizer/Marketer (SEO/SEM) to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will work closely with our internal team and collaborate with an external agency to enhance website performance and search visibility.

Responsibilities Analyze and evaluate indexed pages to identify opportunities for improved search engine optimization and structure.

Collaborate with an external SEO/SEM agency to implement effective strategies and enhancements.

Optimize existing blog posts to boost search visibility, relevance, and user engagement.

Provide actionable recommendations for on-page and technical SEO improvements.

Conduct keyword research to inform content strategy and drive targeted traffic.

Monitor website performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve desired outcomes.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.

Develop and execute email campaigns using marketing automation tools to support broader digital marketing efforts.

Implement and optimize marketing automation processes to streamline workflows and enhance campaign performance.

Requirements Proven expertise in SEO/SEM, including both technical and on-page optimization.

Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and tools, such as Marketo.

Experience managing and executing email marketing campaigns effectively.

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.

Ability to collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to achieve shared goals.

Prior experience in the legal or other highly regulated industries is a plus.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
