Overview

For our client, we are seeking a Director Growth Marketing Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will drive search and content-led growth initiatives that improve visibility, acquisition, and measurable demand. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Location: San Francisco, CA – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,000 – $225,000 annually

Responsibilities

Own and run paid search and social campaigns directly for the business

Build and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Performance Max and remarketing

Manage Meta advertising across Facebook and Instagram platforms

Implement a robust testing program for creative and audience experiments

Monitor and explain key performance metrics like CAC and ROAS effectively

Integrate AI tools into marketing workflows in practical, impactful ways

Qualifications

8+ years of hands‑on paid search and paid social experience, particularly in‑house

Deep knowledge of Google Ads, including Smart Bidding and audience layering

Proven execution of Meta Ads, including creative testing and Conversions API setup

Demonstrated practical use of AI tools in a marketing workflow

Strong SQL and analytics skills for data extraction and reporting

Experience with attribution in high‑consideration, long‑cycle products, particularly real estate or financial services

Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager and GA4 for ad tracking and debugging
