For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director Digital & Growth Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will drive search and content‑led growth initiatives that improve visibility, acquisition, and measurable demand. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology‑driven environment.

Location: San Francisco, CA – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $209,560 – $288,000 annually

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the internal paid media and web experience teams

Oversee global paid media investments to maximize enterprise ROI

Drive corporate website strategy and optimize user experience for conversions

Collaborate with engineering for web architecture support and tracking accuracy

Advance SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies for improved organic discovery

Partner with marketing and sales on targeted digital campaigns for key accounts

Analyze marketing performance and provide insights to executive leadership

Qualifications

12-15+ years of progressive marketing leadership in software, technology, or cloud services industries

Proven track record of building and managing high‑performing global teams

Demonstrated success running global Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns

Strong technical knowledge of SEO and understanding of AI‑driven discovery strategies

Familiarity with MarTech tools like Salesforce, Marketo, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

Exceptional communication skills and ability to generate innovative digital concepts

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
