Managing paid search and affiliate marketing strategies, the full-time Channel Manager, Paid Search & Affiliate Marketing will optimize campaigns across Google Ads and affiliate partnerships while working remotely to drive policy binds and revenue contribution.
Key responsibilities
Own and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads for multiple business units
Manage affiliate and aggregator partnerships, including performance oversight and onboarding of new partners
Conduct channel-level test design and optimization, providing actionable recommendations based on performance analysis
Required qualifications
4-6 years of performance marketing experience with a focus on paid search and affiliate marketing
Proven track record in managing successful paid search programs and affiliate partner relationships
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics 4 or similar tools
Experience in high-CPC verticals, preferably in insurance or financial services
Ability to manage multiple business units in a fast-paced environment
