Growth Marketing Consultant

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Consultant to drive paid media performance, improve marketing attribution, and support website optimization initiatives that directly impact pipeline and revenue generation.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance and recommend ongoing optimizations.

Manage keyword strategy, bidding, targeting, and conversion performance.

Develop reporting and performance insights for stakeholders.

Improve conversion tracking and attribution across the marketing funnel.

Connect campaign performance to Salesforce opportunity and pipeline data.

Support enhanced conversion tracking initiatives.

Assist with on-page SEO and landing page optimization efforts.

Support CMS migration and website optimization projects.

Utilize HubSpot marketing tools for campaign tracking and reporting.

Support marketing automation, email nurturing, and workflow initiatives as needed.

Provide proactive updates and collaborate regularly with stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

35 years of digital marketing experience.

Strong experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

Proven experience creating, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns.

Experience with conversion tracking, attribution, and performance reporting.

Experience connecting marketing campaign performance to Salesforce opportunity data.

Experience with landing page optimization and on-page SEO.

Hands‑on HubSpot experience.

Ability to independently manage paid media programs.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Strong attention to detail and adaptability in fast‑paced environments.
