Summary

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Sr. Growth Marketing Manager owns Revant’s full-funnel growth strategy, including how we build awareness, drive consideration, and convert demand across DTC and Amazon. You’ll define the role each channel plays at each stage of the funnel and make the investment case for upper-funnel marketing alongside conversion channels. Right now, you’ll own the hands-on execution across our paid channels. In 2027, you’ll manage Paid Media Specialist(s) and transition into leading the team while they handle the day-to-day platform work.

You’ll report to the Director of Marketing and work closely with our Email & SMS Marketing Manager and Creative Director. You’re the strategic connector between full-funnel channel performance, creative output, and business results. You translate what’s happening across awareness, consideration, and conversion into clear insights and forward recommendations for leadership.

What You’ll Own

Full-Funnel Growth Strategy and Performance

  • Own Revant’s growth strategy across the entire funnel awareness, consideration, and conversion spanning all paid media across DTC and Amazon
  • Define the role each channel plays at each stage of the funnel and build the investment case for upper-funnel marketing: how awareness and consideration efforts are structured, funded, and measured alongside conversion channels
  • Co-lead annual marketing forecasting and budgeting with the Director of Marketing, including scenario planning and long-range revenue modeling
  • Own in-year budget management and reforecasting for media spend tracking pacing, flagging variances, and bringing spend adjustment recommendations before they become problems
  • Define and evolve campaign structure, bidding strategy, and optimization frameworks across all active paid channels
  • Manage vendor and platform relationships DSP partners, media vendors, and technology providers ensuring Revant is getting full value from every partnership
  • Stay ahead of platform changes, new ad formats, and emerging channels and bring recommendations before anyone has to ask

People Management (anticipated to become part of the role in 2027)

  • Manage and develop 12 Paid Media Specialists set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and create a high-accountability environment where people can grow.
  • Serve as the platform backup when a Paid Media Specialist is out you can get in and run campaigns without breaking stride.
  • Conduct semi-annual and annual reviews and all performance management discussions as needed.

Reporting and Performance Analysis

  • Own Revant’s marketing performance reporting dashboards, KPI frameworks, and the accuracy of both
  • Define how upper-funnel investment gets measured reach, engagement, branded search lift, share of voice so awareness and consideration spend is held to the same standard of accountability as conversion spend
  • Translate complex data into clear insights for leadership: what happened, why, and what we’re doing about it
  • Own the outputs of our Hex reporting tool read the results, pressure-test the findings, and translate them into budget and channel recommendations
  • Develop forecasts and performance models tied to revenue, ROAS, contribution margin, and EBITDA

Creative Partnership

  • Serve as the performance feedback loop for our in-house creative team across paid and organic what’s working, what’s not, and why
  • Contribute to campaign GTM briefs by layering in performance learnings, audience insights, and channel-specific context
  • Work with Claritas audience data to inform targeting strategy and brief development

Cross-Channel Collaboration

  • Partner with our Email & SMS Marketing Manager to ensure acquisition and owned channels are working together, not in parallel
  • Act as a growth advisor across Marketing and eCommerce connecting full-funnel channel performance to the broader growth picture
  • Surface recommendations on creative, offers, and merchandising based on what the data shows

  • Base salary or hourly pay range, $110,000 – $125,000 (dependent upon experience)

Who You Are

You’re a strategic operator who thinks across the funnel, not just individual channels. You understand that awareness and consideration aren’t separate from conversion they’re part of the same growth engine. You can zoom out to see how paid and owned channels work together and zoom in to diagnose exactly why a campaign is underperforming.

You’re comfortable with the current phase of hands-on work and genuinely excited about the transition to people leadership. You don’t see platform execution as beneath you you see it as the foundation for understanding your team’s challenges and making better strategic decisions.

You’re deeply analytical and detail-oriented. You catch things. You follow up. You close loops. But you also know when to zoom back out and ask whether you’re addressing the right thing.

You don’t wait for your manager to surface a problem. You’ve already found it, diagnosed it, and shown up with a recommendation. You bring solutions, not just status updates.

You’re collaborative by nature. You work well across teams marketing, creative, eCommerce and you bring a growth mindset to cross-functional conversations.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 8+ years in growth, performance, or digital marketing, with significant ownership of paid media strategy and results in a DTC or ecommerce environment
  • Experience building or managing full-funnel programs owning awareness and consideration efforts alongside conversion channels, with accountability for both
  • Demonstrated experience managing seven-figure media budgets with clear accountability for CAC, ROAS, forecasting, and revenue outcomes
  • Proven people management experience you’ve managed and developed direct reports and have a track record of building high-accountability teams; experience managing across both paid and organic functions is a plus
  • A track record of building and executing structured testing programs
  • Experience building or scaling an in-house paid media function is a plus
  • Experience working alongside or handing off to an in-house email/CRM function is a plus

Competencies

  • Hands-on experience with Meta, Google, and Amazon advertising as well as direct media buying you know these platforms well enough to execute in them when needed; familiarity with connected TV, programmatic, out-of-home, and direct mail is a plus
  • Familiarity with Amazon DSP in addition to Sponsored Products is a plus
  • Strong analytical fluency: GA4, Looker Studio, and the ability to build a narrative from a dataset, not just a slide of charts
  • Familiarity with brand and awareness measurement brand lift studies, share of voice, branded search trends and how to connect them to revenue outcomes
  • Comfortable working with audience data (Claritas or similar) to inform targeting strategy and brief development
  • Clear, direct communication you can write a tight brief, present to leadership, and give your team feedback that actually lands
  • AI fluency you’re already using tools to work faster and smarter is a plus

Work Environment Hybrid (Tuesdays and Wednesdays in office)

While working remotely, you’ll need a dedicated, distraction-free space to remain present and productive. In addition to two standard in-office days per week, additional in-office time may be required for key meetings or collaborative projects.

When onsite, employees are expected to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices, which may require wearing safety glasses and closed-toe shoes in designated areas.
