Senior Paid Social Advertising Manager

Our client is a rapidly growing consumer services company making a significant investment in performance marketing and customer acquisition.

They are seeking a Senior Paid Social Advertising Manager to build and lead their paid social advertising function. This is a highly visible role with substantial ownership, executive exposure, and the opportunity to create scalable growth systems from the ground up.

What You'll Do

Own and manage paid social advertising campaigns across Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms

Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies that drive measurable business growth

Manage and optimize large‑scale paid social budgets

Build campaign structures, testing frameworks, reporting systems, and performance processes from the ground up

Partner with creative teams to develop high‑performing advertising concepts and messaging

Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations

Improve attribution, tracking, audience targeting, and conversion optimization initiatives

Identify new growth opportunities and channels to support continued expansion

What Our Client Is Looking For

Recent experience managing $1M+ in monthly paid social advertising spend

Deep expertise with Meta Ads Manager

Experience running campaigns across TikTok, YouTube, and other major paid social platforms

Proven track record driving customer acquisition and performance marketing results

Strong understanding of attribution, analytics, tracking, and conversion optimization

Data‑driven mindset with strong reporting and analytical capabilities

Experience operating in fast‑paced, performance‑oriented environments

Builder mentality and comfort creating systems, processes, and infrastructure from scratch

Location

Preference for onsite candidates in Edison, NJ, though hybrid and remote candidates will be considered based on experience and qualifications.
