Description

The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for driving digital growth, customer acquisition, website performance, and online visibility across ReturnPro, Direct Liquidation, and GoWholesale.

This role owns the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital growth initiatives including website strategy, search marketing, SEO, AEO/GEO, conversion rate optimization, social media, and performance analytics. Working closely with Product Marketing & Sales Enablement, ABM, Events & Partnerships, Creative & Web, and Sales, the Growth Marketing Manager translates business objectives into measurable growth programs that increase awareness, engagement, qualified traffic, and revenue.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is equally comfortable analyzing performance data, developing growth strategies, optimizing websites, managing paid search campaigns, and building social media programs. They are a digitally savvy marketer who embraces AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, uncover insights, accelerate execution, and enhance marketing performance across channels. Curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous optimization are essential for success in this role.

 

 

Core Responsibilities

Search Marketing & Demand Capture

  • Own paid search strategy, execution, and optimization across ReturnPro, Direct Liquidation, and GoWholesale.

  • Develop and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Shopping, and emerging search platforms.

  • Continuously improve acquisition efficiency, conversion rates, and return on ad spend.

  • Identify opportunities to capture high-intent demand across enterprise and recommerce audiences.

  • Evaluate and manage external partners as needed while maintaining the ability to independently execute and optimize campaigns.

Website Strategy & Conversion Optimization

  • Own website strategy and performance across all company web properties.

  • Develop recommendations that improve user experience, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue.

  • Lead conversion rate optimization initiatives including landing page testing, user journey analysis, and performance improvements.

  • Partner with Creative & Web to prioritize enhancements and implement improvements.

  • Monitor website performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.

SEO, AEO & GEO Strategy

  • Own organic search strategy across all brands and business units.

  • Develop and execute initiatives that improve visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered search experiences.

  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical optimization planning.

  • Partner with Product Marketing & Sales Enablement, ABM, and content contributors to develop search-informed content strategies.

  • Monitor rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversion performance and continuously optimize results.

Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute social media strategies that support brand awareness, thought leadership, customer engagement, product launches, events, and business growth objectives.

  • Manage corporate and brand social channels across multiple business units.

  • Build channel-specific strategies designed to increase audience growth, engagement, website traffic, and content visibility.

  • Coordinate content distribution across social platforms.

  • Partner with Product Marketing, ABM, and Events & Partnerships to maximize the reach and impact of campaigns and content initiatives.

  • Monitor performance and continuously refine channel and content strategies.

Digital Analytics & Growth Insights

  • Establish and maintain reporting frameworks that measure website, search, social, and digital channel performance.

  • Analyze acquisition, engagement, and conversion data to identify growth opportunities.

  • Develop actionable recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes.

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing performance reviews.

  • Partner with leadership to evaluate marketing performance against business goals.

Cross-Functional Marketing Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Product Marketing & Sales Enablement to translate positioning, messaging, and go-to-market priorities into effective digital marketing programs.

  • Partner with ABM to support enterprise growth initiatives through search visibility, website optimization, and digital engagement strategies.

  • Support product launches, thought leadership initiatives, research programs, customer stories, and major company announcements.

  • Collaborate with Events & Partnerships to amplify event content, sponsorships, partnerships, and brand initiatives through digital channels.

  • Work closely with Creative & Web to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all digital experiences.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or related disciplines.

  • Demonstrated success managing paid search programs, digital growth initiatives, and website optimization efforts.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, technical SEO, AEO/GEO, conversion rate optimization, and digital analytics.

  • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools and platforms to improve marketing efficiency, content performance, search visibility, analytics, and campaign optimization.

  • Experience marketing B2B SaaS, technology, ecommerce, marketplace, or retail businesses.

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, social media platforms, and marketing reporting tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and adapt to emerging digital marketing technologies, AI search behaviors, and evolving customer discovery patterns.

  • Experience developing and executing social media strategies.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and business insights.

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Familiarity with HubSpot and modern marketing technology platforms.

  • Experience supporting product launches and go-to-market initiatives.

  • Understanding of emerging AI-driven search and discovery trends.
