About the Role

We are looking for a highly strategic, autonomous, and versatile Senior Full-Stack Media Buyer to manage and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns for our US-based clients.

This is not a traditional e-commerce execution role. We need a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic advertising, specifically within highly regulated industries (Finance, Banking, Insurance, Healthcare). You will act as a strategic partner for our clients, owning the media strategy, ensuring flawless execution, and navigating complex compliance landscapes with sharp business judgment.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Media Buying: Strategy, setup, optimization, and reporting of full-stack campaigns across Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing), Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn), and Programmatic DSPs.

  • Strategic Client Communication: Lead direct communication with US-based clients, translating complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

  • Compliance & Risk Management: Navigate and strictly adhere to compliance and regulatory guidelines specific to industries like finance and healthcare, minimizing commercial and legal risks.

  • Autonomy & Campaign Health: Monitor campaign performance proactively, identifying optimization opportunities and fixing errors independently before they impact the client.

  • Data-Driven Growth: Analyze multi-channel attribution and performance data to scale accounts sustainably and maximize ROI.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

  • Language: Advanced professional English (C1/C2 level) with excellent verbal and written communication skills for direct US client interaction.

  • Full-Stack Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience mastering all three pillars: Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic. (Profiles specialized in only one channel will not be considered).

  • US Market Experience: Deep understanding of the US consumer mindset, media landscape, and digital advertising best practices.

  • Regulated Industries Experience: Proven track record managing accounts in Finance, Banking, Insurance, or Healthcare, with a solid grasp of industry-specific advertising restrictions.

  • Seniority & Mindset: Highly autonomous and strategic thinker. You don’t just execute checklists; you exercise high-level criteria to prevent errors and drive growth.

Nice to Have (Pluses)

  • Experience working within fast-paced digital marketing agencies.

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, and major Programmatic DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk).
