Who We Are

Swanson Health Products has been committed to bringing wellness to the world for over 50 years. As a leader in the vitamins, supplements, and natural wellness industry, we focus on delivering science-backed, high-quality products that support healthier lives. We are a digitally driven organization investing in innovation, customer experience, and data-informed growth.

About the Role

This role will be responsible for leading and optimizing multi-million-dollar search budgets, driving profitable growth across eCommerce, and collaborating closely with cross-functional partners in Analytics, Media, and Brand. This is a high-visibility, hands‑on role that requires deep channel expertise, analytical rigor, and a relentless focus on efficiency and ROI. There will be no agency to manage, this is a hands‑on role, and you will be the lead for Paid Search channel.

What You’ll Do

Own end‑to‑end strategy, execution, performance and reporting of Google and Bing campaigns (Search, Shopping, Pmax, YouTube where applicable).

Scale brand and non‑brand programs efficiently with focus on customer acquisition and retention.

Develop, monitor, and optimize campaigns with precision — from keyword strategy and ad copy testing to bid management and budget pacing.

Partner with internal analytics and finance teams to forecast, measure, and report on key KPIs (ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV, Margin).

Identify and execute new growth opportunities that will drive incremental value.

Manage day‑to‑day performance dashboards and deliver clear insights and recommendations to leadership.

Work cross‑functionally with media, creative, and site teams to ensure alignment between audiences, quality traffic, conversion, and merchandising strategy.

Maintain a test‑learn‑apply mindset, pushing boundaries to find efficiencies and sustainable growth levers.

Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.

Conduct yourself in the presence of customers and community so as to present a professional image of SHP.

What We Are Looking For

5+ years of hands‑on paid search experience in eCommerce or DTC.

Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition vs demand capture campaigns efficiently and profitably.

Deep understanding of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Shopping, Pmax, and feed management tools.

Experience managing $1M+ paid search monthly budgets with measurable business impact.

Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills — comfortable with pivot tables, formulas, and performance modeling.

Highly analytical mindset; obsessed with numbers leading to actionable insights, performance metrics, and continuous optimization.

Deep experience with analytics tools like GA4 or Amplitude.

Strong ability to translate data into insights and actionable recommendations.

Experience working in‑house for large brands or with major agencies — both are strong pluses.

Self‑starter with a bias for action, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
