Job Summary
We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven E-Commerce & Growth Marketing Associate to take full ownership of our online sales channels and digital brand identity. Your primary mission is simple: Scale our e-commerce presence to its absolute maximum potential and turn a quiet social media presence into an active, high-converting community.
This is not a passive “posting updates” role. You will be building, optimizing, and driving revenue across major third-party marketplaces, our native website, and emerging social commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Channel E-Commerce Expansion: Launch, manage, and hyper-optimize store listings across all major e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Walmart.com, TikTok Shop, Temu, eBay, and our proprietary website.
- Listing Optimization (SEO & CRO): Write high-converting product descriptions, manage keyword research, optimize backend tags, and coordinate product photography to maximize visibility and conversion rates on marketplace algorithms.
- Social Media & Content Growth: Build and execute a content strategy from scratch to dramatically increase our follower base and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Social Commerce Execution: Run the backend of TikTok Shop, coordinate creator/influencer affiliate outreach, and leverage short-form video content to drive direct impulse purchases.
- Inventory & Account Health Monitoring: Track marketplace metrics, maintain flawless account health standards, manage customer reviews, and collaborate with the production team to ensure stock levels match digital demand velocity.
- Data Analytics: Monitor daily acquisition costs, return on ad spend (ROAS), and traffic metrics to constantly iterate and pivot strategies based on hard revenue data.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing third-party e-commerce storefronts (Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Partner Services, or Shopify experience is highly preferred).
- Social Media Savvy: A deep understanding of modern social algorithms (especially TikTok and Instagram Reels) and a proven track record of growing an audience from the ground up.
- The “Scrappy” Mindset: You don’t wait for a manual. You are highly resourceful, love to problem-solve, and enjoy testing new marketing strategies to see what sticks.
- Basic Content Creation: Familiarity with quick-turn content tools (like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe suite) to create clean, visually appealing social posts and product graphics.
- Analytical Eye: Comfortable reading basic sales spreadsheets, interpreting web traffic data, and converting numbers into actionable sales tactics.
