Job Information

Location: Tacoma, WA (Remote with monthly in-person meetings)

Salary: $20 – $25

Role: Digital Marketer

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns.

Develop ad creative/messaging, analyze performance, and recommend tests.

Manage budgets and bidding strategies, report on performance.

Support tracking and measurement using Google Tag Manager/Google Analytics.

Partner with clients to grow website and digital presence.

Write and publish blog/webpage content for SEO.

Create social media content.

Coordinate internal resources for client work.

Communicate with clients to gather requirements and deliver expectations.

Requirements

1+ year hands-on Google Ads management experience.

Strong writing/editing skills.

1+ year managing social media for businesses/brands.

Strong customer service mindset.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Comfortable learning WordPress.

Nice To Have

Experience with Bing Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, or other ad platforms.

Google Ads certifications.

Spanish proficiency.

Experience building social content strategies.
