- Develop and execute full -funnel paid media campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok
</li> - Test creatives, placements, audiences, and bidding strategies to identify top performers
</li> - Analyze campaign performance and make real -time optimizations and strategic recommendations
</li> - Lead media planning, forecasting, and cross -channel budget allocation
</li> - Collaborate with analytics, creative, and marketing teams to iterate on winning formulas
</li></ul>Qualifications: </b>
</b></p>- 3+ years of experience in paid media strategy and execution
</li> - Strong grasp of paid media KPIs: CPM, CPC, ROAS, LTV, CAC
</li> - Proficiency with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn, or programmatic DSPs
</li> - Skilled in media planning tools, analytics dashboards, and Excel/Google Sheets
</li> - Bonus: Experience managing six -figure budgets or working in agency environments
