Responsibilities: </b>

  • Develop and execute full -funnel paid media campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok
    </li>
  • Test creatives, placements, audiences, and bidding strategies to identify top performers
    </li>
  • Analyze campaign performance and make real -time optimizations and strategic recommendations
    </li>
  • Lead media planning, forecasting, and cross -channel budget allocation
    </li>
  • Collaborate with analytics, creative, and marketing teams to iterate on winning formulas

    Qualifications: </b>
    </b></p>

    • 3+ years of experience in paid media strategy and execution
      </li>
    • Strong grasp of paid media KPIs: CPM, CPC, ROAS, LTV, CAC
      </li>
    • Proficiency with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn, or programmatic DSPs
      </li>
    • Skilled in media planning tools, analytics dashboards, and Excel/Google Sheets
      </li>
    • Bonus: Experience managing six -figure budgets or working in agency environments
