The Social Media Specialist supports the agency by exhibiting the core values; Dedication, Responsibility, Integrity, Vision, and Excellence. This role will execute and manage the day -to -day responsibilities of paid social media for multiple agency clients across many platforms. The Social Media Specialist will execute strategies and provide necessary analysis and insights for continuous optimizations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Campaign Strategy and Planning
</span>   </div>

      • </span>Support the development of paid social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives for assigned brands and / or campaigns</span>
</div>

      • </span>Collaborate with cross -functional teams to integrate paid social campaigns into broader client initiatives
</span>      • </span>Consistently and proactively identify opportunities for campaign optimization that stand out from the competition.
</span></div>

Execution & Optimization
</span>     </div>

      • </span>Manage end -to -end execution of paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.
</span>      • </span>Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics, adjusting targeting, creative elements, and budgets as needed.
</span>      • </span>Understanding of campaign tracking parameters as it relates to the success of traffic and conversion campaigns.
</span></div>

Analytics & Reporting
</span></div>

</div>

      • </span>Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics.
</span>      • </span>Generate regular insights on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations.

Requirements</h3>

• Passion for paid social media
</div>

• Knowledge of social media platforms and their capabilities.
</div>

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
</div>

• Knowledge across all major paid social media tools & platforms
</div>

• Knowledge of media fundamentals, including media math & audience development,
</div>

• Create flowcharts, budget sheets, and PowerPoint presentations
</div>

• Establish a collaborative working relationship with the media & account teams
</div>

• Perform monthly or as -needed reporting
</div>

• Bachelors Degree in advertising/marketing or related field
</div>

• Minimum of 2 -3 years of media -buying experience at an advertising agency
</div>

• Detail -oriented individual with excellent written and verbal skills
</div>

• Thrives on working with others as a team, but can also work autonomously
</div>

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting easily to change
</div>

• Client -facing experience and presentation skills a plus
</div></span>
