About Enjoin

At Enjoin, the work you do matters. We partner with hospitals and health systems across the country to improve documentation accuracy, strengthen compliance, and ensure the care delivered is accurately and completely represented. What sets us apart is our deep clinical and coding expertise, combined with advanced analytics and workflow-driven technology, enabling us to identify high-impact opportunities and deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes. Our team of 200+ professionals, supported by a national network of practicing physicians, clinical reviewers, coding experts, and documentation specialists, works together to drive that impact every day. In a complex healthcare environment where even small documentation gaps can create real financial and compliance risk, your work helps ensure every patient’s story is fully and accurately captured—supporting better care, stronger outcomes, and appropriate reimbursement.

We believe strong results come from strong teams, and we invest in both. You’ll work alongside high-performing, collaborative teams that value clear communication, thoughtful problem-solving, and follow-through—where people take pride in their work and support one another in doing it well. We create space for individuals to develop their skills, expand their expertise, and take on meaningful opportunities. We are proud to be Great Place to Work Certified for two consecutive years, with a third year underway—and even more proud of the experience our team members have every day.
