GoTech is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to own the company’s marketing function across two states and six client verticals. This is a full-time, individual-contributor position reporting directly to the President. The Specialist works alongside the Sales Development Representative.
The position includes a defined advancement path to Growth Marketing Manager within 12 to 18 months based on performance. GoTech provides structured onboarding support, including access to a peer network of MSP marketing professionals and off-site training programs fully covered by the company. An established monthly marketing budget is in place with campaigns currently running.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across six client verticals: dental, CPA and accounting, financial advisors, construction and trades, nonprofits, and manufacturing
- Manage direct mail, email, digital advertising, and promotional campaigns from development through delivery
- Manage GoTech’s social media presence across all active platforms with a consistent publishing schedule
- Own GoTech’s SEO strategy: keyword research, on-page optimization, and monthly content publishing
- Plan and manage geo-targeted digital advertising across all active markets
- Manage Google Business Profiles across all office locations and implement a structured review request process
- Use AI tools daily for content creation, campaign automation, and reporting; optimize all published content for AI search and discovery
- Maintain the GoTech website including page updates, blog entries, and SEO content
- Provide the Sales Development Representative with contact lists, messaging materials, and outreach support weekly
- Manage the client referral program and shock-and-awe package fulfillment
- Deliver a weekly marketing report to the President covering leads, campaign performance, and budget utilization
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of marketing experience; a strong internship track record with measurable results will be considered
- Demonstrated ability to write clearly for specific audiences in plain, non-technical language
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent) for marketing content creation
- Proficiency with Canva or Adobe Illustrator for graphic design and marketing material production
- Working knowledge of SEO: keyword research, on-page optimization, Google Analytics or Search Console
- Working knowledge of social media platforms for business content and community management
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines without daily supervision
- B2B marketing experience with an understanding of how business owners evaluate purchasing decisions
- Willingness to complete HubSpot Marketing Certification within 30 days of hire
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Brookfield, WI area
Preferred Qualifications
- HubSpot experience in campaign management, automation, or pipeline reporting
- Experience executing multi-channel campaigns including email, direct mail, social, and digital advertising
- Familiarity with the managed IT or cybersecurity industry
- Graphic design skills beyond standard Canva use
- Experience with campaign performance tracking and optimization
