Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our Google Ads campaigns across the B2B customer journey. If you have hands‑on experience managing large budgets (>$20,000/month), a strong understanding of paid search strategy, and the ability to turn data into decisions, this role is for you.

You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns to drive high quality leads and support business growth. The ideal candidate understands how to align paid media efforts with business objectives and is comfortable operating in fast‑paced, outcome‑oriented environments.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and scale high‑performing Google Ads campaigns targeting B2B audiences across the funnel

Conduct in‑depth keyword research, audience targeting, and bidding strategy planning

Write and test ad copy that resonates with decision‑makers in mid‑to‑large enterprises

Monitor and optimize campaigns regularly to meet or exceed CPL, CTR, and ROAS targets

Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM data

Collaborate with the content, landing page, and design teams to improve conversion rates

Produce clear, actionable campaign reports and insights for internal stakeholders

Keep up with Google Ads updates, B2B marketing trends, and competitor activity

Required Skills & Experience

35 years of hands‑on experience running Google Ads campaigns, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment

Proven track record managing monthly ad budgets of $20,000+

Deep understanding of performance metrics, attribution, and lead quality analysis

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Excel

Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus

Ability to translate performance data into actionable insights and strategic pivots

Excellent written communication and attention to detail
