Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end setup of campaigns on Meta and TikTok, ensuring technical execution
Tune bidding strategies and budget distribution to achieve ROAS targets
Monitor tracking infrastructure and performance metrics to ensure accurate attribution
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in paid social media buying, preferably in-house or at a performance agency
Advanced expertise in Meta Ads Manager; familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager is a plus
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and AI tools for data analysis
Understanding of affiliate marketing dynamics is highly preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field
