About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Director of Global Demand Generation to spearhead enterprise pipeline growth in North America and global markets. This hands-on leadership role is pivotal in driving 1:1 and 1:few ABM, SDR alignment, and full-funnel revenue generation. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the global demand generation strategy and execution, leading ABM across enterprise accounts, and closely aligning with SDR/BDR teams to ensure the conversion of pipeline into revenue. A key focus is on driving data-driven marketing programs across various channels and implementing AI-driven marketing and attribution strategies. The role also involves building, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing global team.
The ideal candidate will have 12-15+ years’ experience in B2B demand generation and growth marketing, with a proven track record in enterprise ABM and a strong background in SaaS, enterprise software, and global environments. They should be adept at leading global, geo-targeted teams, and have deep alignment with Sales, CRO, and RevOps. This is a high-impact, add-to-staff leadership position that requires a strategic, revenue-focused approach, and the ability to work directly with executive leadership to influence and drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
