We are looking for a data-driven PPC & Paid Social Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. This role is crucial for driving high-quality leads for our home improvement and remodeling clients. Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize paid search and social campaigns to maximize ROI
Manage budgets efficiently to achieve lead-generation goals
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages
Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and bid strategy adjustments
Track and analyze campaign performance, reporting insights and recommendations
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates
Requirements
2+ years of experience managing PPC & paid social campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and conversion tracking
Familiarity with A/B testing, retargeting, and audience segmentation
Experience in the home improvement or local lead-gen space is a plus
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Nice to Have
Experience with Nextdoor, YouTube, and LinkedIn ads
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications
Landing page optimization experience
