We are seeking a driven and adaptable Marketing Specialist tosupport our growing presence in the U.S. market. This role is idealfor someone with start-up experience, preferably within the datacenter or related technology industries, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will play a key role inexecuting marketing campaigns, supporting events, and generatinginsights that inform business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Execute integrated marketing campaigns targeting the U.S. market,with a focus on pipeline generation

Support end-to-end planning and execution of marketing events,including trade shows, webinars, and industry engagements

Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform positioning andgo-to-market strategies

Partner closely with the Business Development (BD) team to developand optimize lead generation campaigns

Collaborate with global marketing teams to localize content andalign with global initiatives

Track and report on campaign performance, translating data intoactionable insights

Develop and adapt marketing materials, including presentations,email campaigns, and digital conten

Required Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a startupor high-growth environment within the tech industry

Experience in the data center, IT infrastructure, or relatedtechnology sectors strongly preferred

Experience in marketing event coordination and execution

Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multipleprojects simultaneously

Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes (pipeline,conversion, ROI)

Experience working cross-functionally with sales, businessdevelopment, and global teams

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools

Exposure to global or multi-region marketing environments
