The Task At Hand

Willie’s Remedy+ is building the growth infrastructure to match our ambition – and we need a sharp, execution-first marketer to help run it.

We are a hemp-derived THC beverage brand selling direct to consumers across Meta, Google, AppLovin, influencer and affiliate, and podcast advertising. As we scale, we are investing in the internal infrastructure to move faster, test smarter, and produce better creative – and this role is central to making that happen.

This role works alongside our Director of Growth – owning the weekly performance report, maintaining the testing roadmap, producing creative briefs, and keeping agency partners on track. You will be in the weeds and you will be the reason things do not fall through the cracks. There is real visibility here and room to grow into more responsibility as you prove it out.

If you want to be close to the work at a brand building something real, this is the role.

Who You Are

2+ years of hands‑on paid social experience, comfortable in Meta Ads and attribution platforms, and able to speak to performance data with confidence

Analytical and organized with strong Excel or Google Sheets proficiency – you can pull the numbers and tell the story behind them

Experience writing creative briefs that actually give creators something to work with, with direct involvement and telling the story behind them

A natural project manager who keeps multiple workstreams on track, manages agency relationships proactively, and follows through without being chased

Curious about what is working in DTC, actively using AI tools in your workflow, and looking to grow into more responsibility over time

What You’ll Do

Assist in the execution of the growth marketing strategy, inclusive of Meta, paid media, influencer, affiliate, and podcasts, as assigned by the Director of Growth Marketing

Manage and maintain traffic sheets to ensure timely, accurate campaign launches

Oversee Google freelancer relationship and associated ad spend

Support the affiliate partner program with the opportunity to take on increasing ownership as the role grows

Own weekly growth marketing report, produced in coordination with the growth marketing director

Work closely with the Growth Marketing Director to ideate, hypothesize, and interpret growth marketing test ideas, maintaining a testing roadmap that tracks what is queued, in flight, and concluded for continuous improvement

Create weekly creative briefings as needed for agencies and internal teams

Help develop creative concepts and angles for paid ads, contribute ideas to regular ideation sessions, and write production‑ready briefs – coordinating the production pipeline from brief to finished asset with UGC creators, editors, and agency partners

Manage day‑to‑day communication with a defined set of agency partners, keeping deliverables on track and showing up to calls prepared to discuss performance and push work forward

Support and manage paid channels, including Meta, AppLovin, Google, Podcast, and Affiliate in partnership with the Growth Marketing Manager, contributing ideas and helping drive performance across each

Analyze and interpret weekly performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, and LTV) and present insights to the Growth Director and key stakeholders

Pull and compile the weekly digital performance report across all channels, summarizing what happened, what drove results, and recommended next steps, with the ability to speak to specific optimizations made and their impact on performance

Must‑Haves

Must be 21+ years of age or older at the time of application

2+ years of experience in growth marketing or paid media at a DTC brand or performance marketing agency

Stay current on what is working across DTC and bring observations worth exploring to the Director of Growth

Fluency in Shopify and third‑party attribution platforms such as Triple Whale, Northbeam, or GA4

Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, including the ability to read performance data and ask the right questions

Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and keep projects organized and on schedule

Clear, direct written communication skills with the ability to present performance insights to stakeholders

Curiosity about what is working in DTC and a habit of bringing observations worth exploring to the team

Nice‑to‑Haves

Background at a performance or growth marketing agency focused on DTC or e‑commerce brands

Experience managing agency or vendor relationships and keeping external partners accountable

Hands‑on experience with AppLovin, YouTube, podcast, or influencer and affiliate channels

Active user of AI tools for creative ideation, copy, or workflow acceleration

Exposure to eCommerce funnel analytics

Experience in CPG, beverage, wellness, or a regulated product category

Compensation

$80,000 – $90,000 per year

The final offer will be based on several factors, including experience, skills, overall expertise and location
