Job Description:
We are seeking a fast-paced, creative Marketing Specialist to manage all in-house marketing for our real estate team. You must be able to execute same-day content and marketing materials and stay on top of daily social media activity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and post content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and more
• Create property walkthrough videos and listing content
• Use Pivo for property video tracking and content creation
• Capture and edit drone footage of properties
• Design and produce same-day flyers and marketing materials
• Repost and manage Instagram content daily (posts, reels, stories)
• Work closely with agents to market listings quickly and effectively

Qualifications:

• Experience with social media marketing and content creation
• Hands-on experience using Pivo for real estate videos
• Strong video editing and content production skills
• Ability to deliver fast turnaround (same-day marketing)
• Experience with Canva, Adobe, or similar tools
• Familiar with Instagram growth and repost strategies
• Drone experience (FAA certification a plus or willingness to obtain)
• Must be local and able to work in-office daily
