End-to-End Product Ownership: cradle-to-grave product management

Execution – ALL aspects to define timelines, drive intermediate milestones and adherence to SWIFT process

Cross-functional team leadership – provide guidance to PDT core team

Qualifications

Ensuring the product is delivered on time – with the right quality and path to support the volumes and RLR

Ensure all SWIFT intermediate milestones and gates run to agreed-upon schedule

EXTREME OWNERSHIP of ALL aspects of execution – not just the business deliverables.

Deliver on financial goals for product and Product Line.

Ensure any people and personnel decisions are made and/or escalated – across all functional areas.

Support the rapidly growing High Density Power business within the MCP Product Line. Given the life‑stage this business is in, rather than traditional Marketing focus of demand creation, roadmap ownership – the immediate focus of this role will be as a Product Manager.
