Job Summary
The B2B Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing content-driven marketing initiatives and campaigns that support lead generation, lead nurturing, and business growth for the client physician group. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement B2B campaigns that resonate with our target audience, promote services, and support business objectives.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging, campaigns, and content with business objectives and target audiences

Essential Job Functions
Content Development & Lead Nurturing
- Own the development of B2B content to support lead generation and nurturing, including articles, email campaigns, sales collateral, and thought leadership
- Write and edit high-quality content across channels (email, blog, website, social, and print), ensuring alignment with brand voice and business objectives
- Translate healthcare and business concepts into clear, compelling messaging for physician audiences
- Manage content calendars aligned with campaign strategy and Business Development priorities
- Create and execute targeted nurture campaigns to move prospects through the sales funnel
- Support thought leadership initiatives to position the organization as a trusted partner for independent physicians
Campaigns, Digital & Analytics
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, engagement, and conversion
- Plan and deploy targeted email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud, including segmentation and performance tracking
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization
Brand, Events & Marketing Support
- Manage B2B brand materials and coordinate with vendors for promotional items and collateral orders
- Support the development of brand assets, including signage, presentations, and other marketing materials
- Assist in planning and executing event marketing initiatives, including conferences, meetings, and recruitment events
- Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign strategy and business development efforts
- Maintain organized marketing materials, resources, and documentation
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field required; or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and/or communications-related field
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools
- Experience with Salesforce products (Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud) is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
- Experience creating content that supports lead generation and marketing funnels
- Knowledge of how to leverage AI in the workplace
- Unwavering passion for detail with superior organizational skills
- Proven ability to thrive under multiple deadlines and multitask effectively
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy, creative problem solver, and self-starter
- Positive attitude with a keen ability to learn and adapt
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a significant plus
- Must be available to report to corporate office in-person, as needed
- Ability to travel to sites and events 50% of the time
- Ability to lift, carry and transport heavy materials
