Most importantly, you take ownership and genuinely care about building experiences and campaigns that resonate with people.About the positionWe’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead to own Mindspace’s marketing strategy and execution across all German locations (Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt, and Düsseldorf). You’ll lead a marketing team, build a 360° plan, run it end-to-end, monitor results, and continually optimize to hit company KPIs.What you’ll do Own growth across Germany: Build, execute, measure, and continuously optimize a performance-driven marketing strategy across digital and offline channels Drive acquisition & pipeline: Generate qualified demand across locations, products, and services; own funnel performance and partner closely with Sales on targets and conversion Run campaigns hands-on: Directly manage and optimize key channels (paid, lifecycle/CRM, partnerships, activations), with a strong focus on CAC, conversion, and ROI Lead go-to-market for new sites: Market analysis, positioning, launch planning, and execution with clear growth targets Experiment & optimize: Continuously test new channels, messaging, and tactics to unlock scalable growth opportunities Manage vendors & partners: Brief and oversee agencies and freelancers where needed, while staying close to execution Activate the ecosystem: Drive high-impact events, partnerships, and local activations that feed into the growth funnel Create high-performing assets: Support sales and campaigns with localized, conversion-driven collateral Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Germany leadership and HQ to align on goals, messaging, and performance trackingExperience & minimum qualifications 7+ years in marketing roles – must (experience with luxury brands or startups is a plus). Proven experience in people management – must. Strong German and English (written & spoken) – must. Experience in online advertising and lead generation campaign management -must. Bachelor’s degree – must. Willingness to travel between Mindspace locations in Germany.
