Andretti Associate
An Andretti Associate is responsible for anticipating guest needs, exceeding expectations and implementing creative solutions to provide exceptional guest service. All positions are responsible for assisting guests in various areas and in many capacities, listening to requests in a friendly manner, while following Andretti Indoor Karting and Games’ high standards of quality to ensure guest satisfaction.
Anticipates and responds to guests in a friendly and positive manner with a sense of urgency.
Assists with guest recovery and notifies manager to ensure positive experiences.
Communicates clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with guests and fellow co‑workers.
Works as a team player in meeting guest needs and actively contributes to the efforts of other departments.
Attends all required department and company meetings and training sessions.
Knowledgeable of facility emergency procedures.
Performs opening, running, and closing department duties as assigned.
1+ year prior guest service experience required, preferably in a hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment setting. Excellent verbal communication skills needed. Attention to detail, guest‑focused, and the ability to perform job duties in a fast‑paced and amplified (loud) environment. Work days, nights, holidays and/or weekends as required. Ability to use a point of sale system and other electronic equipment as needed. Marketing Specialist
Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join the team! A high‑octane, positive‑thinking, organized salaried leader will support the marketing department with its primary event and administrative duties. The Marketing Specialist will assist with larger Andretti campaigns and develop local store marketing, fundraising, and strategic initiatives in their unit. This hourly position offers continuous growth opportunities as the Andretti team expands.
Key Responsibilities
Community Outreach & Street Team Development
Assist in recruiting, training, and maintaining a high‑energy Andretti Street Team to support local outreach and event execution.
Represent the brand within the community such as Chamber of Commerce, colleges, universities, K‑12 schools, hotels, local businesses to build awareness, excitement, and trust to drive business goals.
Develop and maintain a store‑level marketing calendar aligned to business objectives (traffic, events, promotions).
Execute localized campaigns in partnership with Marketing Director to ensure brand consistency.
Identify and implement opportunities to drive demand creation and demand capture within the market.
Act as a local ambassador for Andretti, ensuring a premium and consistent brand experience.
Social Media & Content Management
Own store‑level social media planning, content creation, and community engagement.
Execute content aligned with brand standards and campaign priorities.
Monitor engagement and respond to guests to foster strong relationships and brand affinity.
Event Planning & Promotions
Organize, schedule, and execute local promotional events, partnerships, and community activations, track performance and report these to Director of Marketing and management.
Prepare and deliver promotional presentations to schools, colleges, businesses, and community groups.
Support group sales efforts through targeted outreach and on‑site engagement.
Help identify and develop localized marketing materials when required.
Analytics & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance including:
Traffic drivers, campaign performance and marketing event ROI.
Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and marketing trackers.
Provide weekly and monthly performance updates with actionable insights.
Conduct market research to identify local trends, customer preferences, analyze feedback, reviews, and survey data, as required.
Administrative & Cross‑Functional Support
Support marketing leadership in executing key initiatives and campaigns.
Manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks to ensure smooth coordination of marketing activities.
Communicate clearly on daily, weekly, and monthly priorities, schedules, and upcoming initiatives.
Execute email campaigns to drive awareness to local campaigns.

Proven leadership and teamwork skills; ability to motivate and manage all levels of staff.
Physical Requirements
Communicate quickly and accurately using telephone, computer, and in person.
Move quickly throughout the entirety of the location.
Lift up to 5 lbs. on a regular basis.
Work in outdoor conditions and changing temperatures.
Perform functions that require organization, frequent bending, reaching, turning, lifting, and occasional stocking up to 25 lbs.
Work in an environment that may include bright, dim, or flashing lights with varying volume levels.
Use manual dexterity to operate all necessary equipment.
